Cold-chain records that pharmacies and freight forwarders can both check.

We write each temperature reading from the reefer and each handover into one record, so a shipment's cold history is proven before it is released to the shelf.

01

Logger feed

Readings are stored at fixed intervals, with gaps and sensor faults marked rather than smoothed away.

02

Excursion rules

Each product has a range and an allowed time out of range, written into the shipment record.

03

Release decision

The receiving pharmacist sees a release or quarantine note, with the reasons attached.

What pharmacists ask before release

Does a logger replace the carrier's log?

No. We ingest it and keep the carrier's log beside ours.

Who sees the excursion history?

The shipper, the carrier and the receiving pharmacy. Nobody else.

Can a shipment be released with an excursion?

Only by a named pharmacist, with the reason written on the record.
